Debbie is the Vice President of Operations for California Payroll.  She oversees and directs Payroll Operations, including the system, processes and procedures and Payroll Client Services Team.  Part of Debbie’s vision is to ensure our clients receive exceptional levels of service.  Under her direction, Debbie’s Payroll Client Services team has consistently earned a 97% satisfaction rating from California Payroll’s clients, one of the highest ratings in the industry awarded to a payroll service provider by its clients.

Prior to California Payroll, Debbie was with Paychex where she held numerous positions including San Jose Branch Manager, Operation Support Specialist, and Payroll Supervisor.  Under her guidance as Branch Manager, the San Jose Paychex office increased from 1,700 to 5,000 clients where she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of managing the office and staff.  Debbie also coordinated three acquisitions of other payroll service bureaus within a two year time frame.

Debbie is a member of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce and the American Payroll Association.
